The dates of these Catalogues may need some verification but are the best guess at the moment (e.g. it is assumed that a catalogue that announces 1948 racing successes was produced at the end of that year for 1949 models). Viking seem to have used the October/November Cycle Show in London to announce their models for the coming year. Viking “Catalogues” would probably be more accurately described as Product Leaflets – fold-out pages, printed both sides, with sections devoted to the various models. Unfortunately this makes them hard to copy and present because often the illustration and description of a particular model does not fit neatly on a scanned page.
